Sherlock in Tokyo

This is my first ever completed piece of fan art! I'm only learning my way with the tablet and am still fumbling with colouring, too, but enjoying it nevertheless! This piece was inspired by the cover art for Corto Maltese: La Jeunesse: [link]

(I might add that I have no idea if the the rising sun flag in the background has any present day usages that might make this use offensive - I only know it's originally a military flag and I copied it (disregarding the exact number of rays) from the original Pratt piece (which is the coolest thing I know in the world of comics) because I like the contrast it gives to the human figures in the foreground. And heck, Sherlock did already have his insanely politically incorrect Chinese adventure, so why not send him to Japan next... Mycroft would find an excuse for that!)
